We offer job-site preparation and management services. Before any hammers are swung, we ensure any floors, stairs, and finishes that are not being removed are covered using high quality surface protection materials. We also set up dust barriers combined with high efficiency air scrubbers to help with dust control during the demolition phase. Quote
Next, our team will provide you with a competitive quote for our residential demolition services, including demolition and disposal fees.
Permits
One of the longest parts of any project is the permit stage. Depending on the scope of work, a demolition permit may be required. If so, our team can manage all the paperwork.
Time to Demo!
Once on-site, our team will complete daily field level hazard assessment (FLHAs), ribbon off the area if other workers are on site, unload our gear, and get to work!
Time to clean up!
Finally, our team will remove all debris, sweep and vacuum all work areas, and go over the site from ceiling to floor to make sure no screw, nails, or staples were missed. Leaving you with a clean and ready-to-go site to begin the next phase.
